I am the doer - and as a redButler at hestomed, I am responsible for ensuring that innovations do not remain in concept, but arrive in use.

My job: transforming ideas from the team into market-ready solutions - practical, efficient and immediately usable for the emergency services.

This includes ensuring that our hestomed shop is fast, intuitive and user-friendly. This means that our customers can find exactly what they need. And if they have any questions: Our customer service is on hand - personal, direct and solution-orientated.

Always on the lookout for new challenges

I'm an adventurer - always on the lookout for innovations for the emergency services. Whether it's my own developments or smart solutions from other manufacturers: I scout, test and bring together what really helps in the field. I provide insights directly from the field that flow into our products. Because at hestomed, it's not just about good ideas - it's about making them usable for our customers.

Communication and connection

I am the social one - my job: connecting people, giving insights and showing what hestomed is all about. Internally, I strengthen team spirit and corporate culture, externally I make our values, innovations and visions visible - via social media, magazine or careers page. I show what we work on, what moves us - and why our practical solutions for the emergency services are more than just technology.

The silent heroine in the background

I'm the indispensable one - at hestomed I make sure that everything runs smoothly in the background so that everything works up front.

Whether it's logistics, documentation or processes: I keep the system running. Product development, warehouse, quality assurance - I coordinate, structure and make available what is needed.

My work is rarely seen, but it can be felt everywhere - reliably, quietly, effectively.
