hestomed + helbig Medizintechnik GmbH & Co. KG, headquartered in Widdern, is part of the hestomed group and a medium-sized specialist retail company with two additional locations in Frankfurt and Cologne. With our focus on emergency medicine, we make an important contribution to comprehensive healthcare across Germany.
With interfaces to all areas of the company, the accounting department provides the decision-making basis for numerous operational and strategic decisions and forms the financial backbone of hestomed + helbig. Keeping track of figures and data and making them available to the company is our passion — and contributes to the continuous development of the business, enabling our customers in emergency medicine to work in an excellent manner.
Your responsibilities:
· Contributing to the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB
· Active involvement in optimising processes in the finance area and developing existing accounting tools
· Processing of accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger and fixed asset accounting, including checking, coding and posting all business transactions
· Monitoring and processing of payment transactions including dunning
· Timely and accurate processing of monthly payroll accounting including follow-up tasks and annual closing work
· Communication with various company stakeholders on all finance- and payment-related topics
Your profile:
· Completed commercial vocational training, e.g. as a tax clerk or office management clerk, or relevant professional experience in finance (ideally in a trading company)
· Ability to analyse, structure and communicate complex issues in a target-group-appropriate manner
· Affinity for digital working methods and information-processing; confident in MS Office — especially Excel
· High level of performance motivation, teamwork skills and a strong sense of quality and responsibility
· Excellent communication skills, team spirit and commitment round off your profile

What will you do?
Your tasks include personally supporting and advising our customers, independently presenting our products and conducting sales negotiations, preparing quotations, assisting with tender processes, and autonomously handling all field sales activities.

In our industrial customers division we are responsible for the distribution of first aid products, occupational hygiene, workplace safety and emergency medicine to industrial and commercial clients. We serve companies across a wide range of industries as well as public institutions throughout Germany, with a clear focus on the B2B sector.
For the Heilbronn – Ludwigsburg area we are looking for a committed individual to independently manage and develop our sales territory.
Your responsibilities:
· Supporting and advising our existing industrial customers · Actively acquiring new customers in the Heilbronn – Ludwigsburg territory · Independent route planning including occasional overnight travel · Presenting and demonstrating products requiring explanation, particularly AED systems · Conducting operator instructions in accordance with MPBetreibV after contract conclusion · Close collaboration with the inside sales team and other business areas
