The cabinet digitally scans its entire contents and identifies the current stock levels. The bluesafe cabinet system is intuitive and easy to use. Based on stored target lists, the system detects when stock falls below a specified level and triggers a reorder fully automatically. bluestore – the comprehensive solution for stock management and ordering processes
bluestore offers a wide range of features to optimise warehouse management and streamline ordering processes. Whether for open orders, automated reorders or stock-taking, bluestore helps emergency services keep track of their stock, simplify processes and make them safer. And that’s regardless of where they buy from!
The ordering process for items is fully automated. Selected items are added to separate shopping baskets for each supplier, and order quantities are automatically calculated to meet the target stock level. Manual adjustments can be made if required. A PDF order form completes the process. Naturally, bluestore can also be used in conjunction with the bluesafe system.
For open orders, bluestore makes it easy to record goods deliveries. The goods receipt screen displays all orders with pending deliveries and provides a detailed overview of the order history and items still outstanding. Delivered items can be marked and quantities and delivery units adjusted. It is also possible to select the destination warehouse and record batches. Received quantities are automatically transferred to stock, with packages being automatically converted into individual items.
Different warehouses can be set up for each location, and individual storage locations can be added. These storage locations enable a targeted search for item locations within the warehouse. The minimum stock level, also known as the ‘safety stock’, is displayed, and if stock falls below this level, warehouse staff are notified by email.
The stock-taking function allows you to compare actual stock levels with the system records. Actual values can be entered, batches added, or items marked as no longer in stock. Discrepancies are corrected and logged, and a PDF stock-taking report can be generated.
bluestore allows you to create cost centres for both locations and vehicles. The system automatically generates a cost centre for each location, complete with a barcode. In the cost centre list, cost centres can be selected using tick boxes. bluestore also makes it easy to manage medication whilst complying with all documentation requirements.
With bluestore, emergency services gain a comprehensive solution for their warehouse management, enabling them to manage stock efficiently, optimise the ordering process and carry out precise stock control.

bluelabel – Medication labelling in emergency medicine
In emergency medicine, acting quickly is of the utmost importance. With bluelabel, we offer a simple solution for standardising the labelling of items such as syringes and infusion sets. Particularly in time-critical emergencies, bluelabel enables precise and readily accessible identification of medication. A dedicated quick-access register enables the simple management of medication labels for specific emergency situations. These quick-access sheets can be flexibly designed and printed according to individual requirements. Labelling medications is straightforward, and new medications can be easily added. Furthermore, custom label formats can be created, including the option to convert dosages to a base unit. The selection of medicines to be printed is made in the medicines list by entering the desired number of pages per medicine. The print sheet is generated in PDF format for the selected medicines. This can either be printed directly or saved as a file for later use.
For even greater flexibility, the custom print sheet designer is available. Medicines can be positioned on the sheet quickly and easily using drag and drop.

bluetemp – Innovative temperature monitoring
Innovative temperature monitoring, not just for the bluesafe: efficient data logging and notification system
Modern technologies are revolutionising safety standards in the handling of sensitive goods and materials. A good example of this is the bluetemp software module, which ensures reliable monitoring and documentation of storage temperatures, for example in rooms, cabinets such as the bluesafe, or in vehicles. At the heart of the module is an external thermometer unit that measures temperature values in real time and records them continuously. Data is transmitted to the software every 10 minutes via the internet – this requires either a LAN or Wi-Fi connection. Even in the event of an internet connection failure, the system maintains its functionality by recording temperature readings locally and reliably transmitting them once the connection is restored.
The collected temperature history is stored in the main system in accordance with legal requirements, thus ensuring complete documentation. One advantage of the system is the ability to set individual thresholds for minimum and maximum temperatures for each individual thermometer unit. As soon as the measured values fall outside the defined normal range, the user is immediately notified of the problem via email. The precise data recording also allows all temperature values to be displayed graphically in a clear temperature chart. In addition, the data can be viewed and analysed in tabular form. This comprehensive analysis capability is not only an important tool for quality control, but also contributes to compliance with legal regulations when handling temperature-sensitive goods.
